The BLAQUE Kansas City Board Collective unites Kansas City’s newest school board leaders and program alumni to grow, connect, build confidence, and strengthen our local schools.

Built on the belief that change happens through intentional relationships, not just a curriculum, the Board Collective is a two-year leadership community for newly placed charter school board members and Charter School Board Draft alumni.
Across curated sessions, members grow alongside their peers and tackle real governance challenges to continually strengthen Kansas City’s educational approach and methods.
Involvement begins by applying, or being nominated, for the Charter School Board Draft, which places qualified candidates onto school boards throughout Kansas City.
